The Bengals have signed a one-year extension with a former undrafted offensive tackle

It’s been a football-filled 48 hours for Stephanie Niles.

One day after boyfriend Jake Browning helped close out the Bengals’ regular season with a 31-14 win over the Browns in Cincinnati, Niles — whose game-day ensemble went viral Sunday — cheered on her beloved Washington Huskies in their CFP national championship loss to the Michigan Wolverines on Monday.

In one Instagram Story shared from NRG Stadium in Houston, Niles posted, “Dawgs by a million.”

Niles, who is reported to have attended Washington, where Browning, 27, played for the Huskies for four seasons from 2015-18, also posted a photo of the school’s marching band forming “DAWGS” on the field.

Michigan got off to a fast 17-3 start against Washington, with the Huskies coming within seven points of the Wolverines before halftime at 17-10.

The Wolverines capitalized on a Michael Penix interception to start the second half and continued to pull ahead, capping off an undefeated season with the 34-13 victory.

It was a disappointing end to what’s been an exciting few days for Browning and Niles, who have been dating for more than five years.

Browning, who relieved injured Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow in November, wrapped the regular season Sunday by throwing for 156 yards, three touchdowns and one interception.

Despite the impressive showing, Browning called the victory “bittersweet” as Cincinnati will miss the postseason.

“It’s better than ending with a loss, but I don’t know. I think the second the game is over, you’re glad you won and didn’t play bad, but it’s like, ‘Man, we were so close to the playoffs.’ It’s a weird, bittersweet feeling where you won, and it was good to go out strong. Every team is going to be different every year, and that’s part of the business side of it. But man, we were so close to the playoffs, and it just sucks that we are going home. It’s mixed feelings,” he said postgame.

Niles has supported Browning every step of the way and reflected on what’s been an “insane” ride for the couple in a new Instagram post.
