Thrash has an average frame for a wide receiver (6’0″, 180 lbs). He first started his career with Georgia State in the Sun Belt, but he wasn’t getting any attention despite putting up impressive numbers his junior year.Ezoic

It was when he transferred to Louisville and played in the ACC for his final year of eligibility that he finally caught the attention of NFL scouts. He finished the year with 858 receiving yards and 6 TDs in 12 games.

Raiders Today’s Aidan Champion had this to say about the young wideout and the probability of getting selected by the Raiders:

If Thrash can continue to grow at the NFL level, he could become quite the steal for any team that selects him in this year’s draft.

If the Raiders drafted him in the third or fourth round, Thrash could become yet another solid, underrated weapon and potentially thrive in a receiving room that could look a lot different in the near future.

Thrash doesn’t have the eye-popping numbers that would get scouts buzzing about his play. However, that’s the kind of players that Antonio Pierce and the Las Vegas Raiders want. If Thrash proves he can improve in the NFL the same way he did in when he jumped conferences, he’ll have a long and prosperous NFL career.
