Former Player Details Why Warriors Are Struggling
After a resurgence following the All-Star break, the Golden State Warriors have fallen back down to earth a bit as they’ve dropped four games in their past 10.
As a result, the Warriors are clinging onto the 10th seed and the final spot in the Play-In Tournament.
Golden State has to worry about the Houston Rockets who have put together an unexpected 11-game winning streak and are only one game behind them in the standings.
It looks like even if the Warriors survive the regular season and make the Play-In their chances of winning an NBA title are slim to none given the rest of the Western Conference.
The dynasty is on it’s last legs despite the team still getting strong performances from Stephen Curry and Draymond Green.
Antonio Daniels explained what he’s seen from Golden State and why they’ve struggled so much this season via SiriusXM NBA Radio.
“They don’t have that pop. They don’t have that organizational and collective confidence that they once had,” Daniels said.
The loss of several of their veterans from their 2022 NBA championship hurt the roster, but the team’s also seen a dip in play from key pieces like Klay Thompson who was moved to the bench.

Draymond Green was back with the Golden State Warriors on Friday night following his latest ejection earlier in the week.
He scored 8 points and 8 rebounds during the team’s 115-97 win over the Charlotte Hornets.
