Before Week 18, Green Bay Packers rookie sends a strong warning to the Chicago Bears

The Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears are set to square off in a massive rivalry game with major implications on the line for both teams.

For the Packers, a win will get them into the playoffs. It would lock up either the No. 6 or No. 7 seed in the NFC playoff picture. Getting into the playoffs after trading Aaron Rodgers in the offseason would be a huge accomplishment.

On the other side of the field, Justin Fields may be playing for his job. If the Bears beat the Packers, Chicago would have a much harder time moving on from their young quarterback. Should he lose, they could opt to trade him and select Caleb Williams or Drake Maye in the 2024 NFL Draft.

Ahead of the big game, one Packers’ rookie is fired up and sent a bold warning to the Bears.

Green Bay Packers Rookie Tyler Kraft Sends Massive Warning To Bears

Kraft did not hold back on his thoughts about the likely return of fellow rookie tight end Luke Musgrave to the field in Week 18. He’s ready to be on the field with Musgrave for the Green Bay Packers.

Throughout the course of the 2023 NFL season, the Packers have loved the production they have received from both of their rookie tight ends. While some fans were confused about two tight ends being drafted over taking a second wide receiver higher, it has paid off in a big way.

Green Bay would love to utilize both tight ends against the Bears. Chicago’s defense is more than capable of giving up big plays and they have suffered some injury issues throughout the year, including pass-rusher Yannick Ngakoue. Jordan Love could have a very fun afternoon ahead of him.

All of that being said, it will be interesting to see what the Green Bay Packers are able to do this week. Losing would be a massively disappointing result, but a win could propel them to being a sleeper team in the playoffs.
